Helping Her Become Who She Was Created To Be
AIM surrounds middle school girls with intentional sisterhood, trusted mentors and volunteers, meaningful experiences, and a connected village of families and community partners.
Why AIM Matters
Middle school is a defining season. Identity is forming, influence is growing, and girls are navigating social media, peer pressure, academic stress, confidence, friendships, and emotional wellness. AIM gives girls a place to practice confidence, experience belonging, build healthy relationships, and discover what they are capable of becoming.

What We Want For Every Girl
CONFIDENCE
Know her value and use her voice.
CONNECTION
Build healthy friendships and trust supportive adults
COURAGE
Navigate pressure, setbacks, and hard choices.
VISION
Imagine and prepare for a meaningful future.
The POWER of INTENTIONAL SISTERHOOD
AIM is not simply about putting girls in the same room. We intentionally create a culture where each girl can be seen, feel safe, be stretched with love and accountability, and be supported by people who want her to win.
PARENTS + AIM + COMMUNITY
ONE VILLAGE
AIM does not replace the parent relationship-- we strengthen what families are already building. Parents provide the foundation. AIM adds mentoring, skill-building, sisterhood, and experiences. Community partners expand the circle with resources, expertise, career exposure, spaces, and opportunities.
A space where every girl is seen heard and
empowered to become who she was created to be
